Cancellation and deposit policy
I understand shit happens and sometimes you may need to cancel. However deposits are to cover these cases meaning your deposit will not be refunded. If you request a new booking you will be required to pay a new deposit.
If you need to cancel the booking within 48hrs it is appreciated if 50% of the booking fee is paid to cover my time and any expenses I may have lost.
If for whatever reason I have to cancel a booking anything you have paid will be refunded ASAP
